About the Board of Governors

Meetings
Regular meetings of the 麻豆精品视频 Board of Governors will be held at least six times a year, with board committees meeting approximately one hour prior to the board meeting, if needed.
The public is welcome to attend. Those wishing to address the Board must complete a public comment form. If submitting electronically, save and email to: Teresa.Sterns@glenville.edu. Electronic forms must be received by 4:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled Board meeting. Forms will also be available at the Board meeting and located in the public seating area. Please submit those forms to Teresa Sterns no later than fifteen minutes prior to the the commencement of the meeting.

Bylaws and Schedules
The Open Meetings or "Sunshine" Act
All board meetings are open to the public and anyone who wishes to speak to the board in the session may do so by registering to speak ten minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin.
Media representatives are welcome to attend open meetings. Advance notice of the date, time, and place of all regular and special meetings will be given to the local news media, posted on the 麻豆精品视频 Board of Governors website, and sent to the WV Secretary of State鈥檚 Office for publication in the WV State Register, except in the case of an emergency meeting requiring immediate action. Agendas for current meetings will be available in the President鈥檚 Office and posted on the 麻豆精品视频 Board of Governors website at least three working days before the board meeting.
When appropriate, and in accordance with 搂6-9A-4 of the Open Meetings Act, the board may go into executive session (closed to the public). While minutes of the executive session may be taken, no decisions will be made in executive session.
